FAQ

Will my order come framed? Currently we do not offer framing but as we grow we hope to be able to offer this feature in the future.
What do you recommend when it comes to framing? We strongly suggest using a local framer to custom frame your piece(s) with the addition of using museum/anti glare glass with UV protection to eliminate glare and protect against sun damage.
What is your return and refund policy? All sales are final. However, if the image is damaged during transit due to mishandling of UPS please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can start to process the claim for your refund or replace your damaged piece.
Do you pay for refunded shipping? As of now we ask that the patron pay for the shipping of the returned or damaged product so we can get a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible.
Can you print custom sizes? Yes!  Email andrew@andrew-carey.com and we will work with you on creating a custom size. The largest we are able to print is 43" x 53.75".
Will my print be signed and editioned? Yes, each print will be signed on the bottom right of the image and the edition number will be on the bottom left. 
When will I receive my order? Since we are a small team and develop and print in-house, orders can ship anywhere from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks, based upon scheduling. If you desire your piece sooner please contact us via email at andrew@andrew-carey.com before placing your order so we can try and accommodate.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship world wide and offer free shipping to US and Canada.
